Substitution Policy
All designs featured on website represent the type of arrangements we offer and vary depending on availability. Due to farm shortages and demand we reserve the right to substitute flowers at equal or greater value due to supply. Supply may vary by color and type but we will always try to fulfill customer wishes.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 48 hour return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the bouquet upon delivery or within the 48 hours we can offer an exchange or refund.
Delivery Charges are not refundable.
